We want our customers to clearly understand the timeline before placing an order.
Production & Processing Time
All custom jewelry orders require approximately 4–6 business days for production and quality inspection before shipment.
Once your personalized item has been completed, your order will then be shipped using your selected shipping method.
Please note that shipping times begin after production has finished.
Total estimated delivery time is approximately 8–10 business days from the date payment is received, depending on your location and shipping method selected.

Because our products are personalized and made-to-order, production begins after payment has been successfully processed.

Please understand that personalized jewelry requires careful craftsmanship and cannot be shipped immediately like mass-produced products.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
